Design of Saida Waterfront and Beach Protection Work
- Waterfront length (2,355m) / erosion problems, flooding, dangerous currents for swimmers
- Master Plan (new waterfront)
- Artificial Beach nourishment and creation of 6 safe swimming areas
- Protection of the new sandy beach against erosion
- 2 T shapes groynes (L=304m @max -4.00m MSL / L=274m @max -4.00m MSL) 
- 3 L shapes groynes (L=291m @max -3.00m MSL / L=260m @max -4.00m MSL / L=155m @max -2.50m MSL) 
- 2 groynes (L=130m @max -3.50m MSL / L=60m @max -3.50m MSL) 
- One detached breakwater (L=130m @max -2.50m MSL) 
- All groynes include core QR, rocky filter and armour layers and RC crown walls for pedestrian access
- Underwater concrete protection (L=97.00m @max -4.00m in the outfall location)
- RC bleacher (L=1,250m) with sitting / direct access from the walkway to the beach 
- Dredging works to supply necessary sand for the artificial nourishment of the beach
- 2 Public spaces (5,400m2 / 5,200m2)
